Jared began his career in major health clubs, including David Lloyd and Virgin Active, before transitioning to work as a Performance Coach and Personal Trainer on private super yachts. During this time, he had the privilege of training yacht owners and their guests across the United States, Caribbean, Bahamas and the Med, further honing his expertise.
A lifelong learner, Jared is deeply committed to expanding his knowledge through regular professional development. His specialisation lies in Strength and Conditioning, with a strong focus on mobility and movement-based training, all designed to help clients achieve peak performance and long-term results.
