Every session begins with mobility for a well rounded approach, plus injury prevention ensuring a safe fitness journey.
She enjoys including the fun elements of Olympic lifting, which provides huge mobility improvements, with the movements that undeniably work to produce physical results. Each session, although consistent to produce effects, offers a progression and a range of accessory movements to stimulate change and prevent programme fatigue.
