PT SERIES- introducing the newest member of The 225 team...Rachel!
Rachel is very passionate about all things to do with health and fitness. After graduating from University, she decided to pursue a full-time career as a Personal Trainer. Fitness helped her to feel uplifted & she wanted to share that with others whilst helping them to stay motivated.
Rachel has successfully helped many people become their fittest, most confident selves. Rachel has helped with weight loss, strength, & mobility training-particularly for elderly clients.
Rachel practises a variety of different training styles such as weight training, HIIT, running & pilates. By drawing upon the different aspects of this variety of training styles, she creates fun, varied programs, tailored to suit each individual client's physical goals and needs.
As well as applying knowledge from previous experience in the gym, Rachel is committed to furthering her knowledge to improve herself as a coach. Currently she is working towards her Advanced Sports Nutrition Diploma.
