Rachel joined the team as a Personal Trainer in June ’21. She also helps to take care of gym operations here at the 225 Club. Her passion for fitness originally began from joining athletics at uni practising long distance running. Her curiosity to try different types of training grew from there & she wanted to inspire & motivate people to enjoy fitness. Off the track Rachel also enjoys challenging herself at Crossfit & Pilates.
As well as guiding her PT clients, she is also currently working towards a nutrition diploma. Rachel’s work history includes five years of customer service in the leisure & retail industries. She enjoys welcoming & helping people.
