Rebecca is a trained Vinyasa flow yoga teacher aiming to spread the love of yoga around the world. In 2016, she made the decision to quit an exhaustive and stressful job in favour of travelling to India to train as a yoga teacher at Sampoorna Yoga School in Goa. Rebecca's style of yoga is creative Vinyasa Flow sequences which are focused on correct alignment and breathing exercises.
Vinyasa Flow yoga can be defined as breath-synchronised movement. However Rebecca's yoga classes combine these movements with a series of more solitary postures held for five breaths, to allow all students to connect to their mind, body and spirit. Through fun and encouraging yoga classes, Rebecca hopes to show the world, one student at a time, how to fall in love with their bodies and capabilities.
