Lucy has been working as Personal Trainer for over 7 years but admits there have been times in her life when she has fallen off the fitness wagon (who hasn't!). What she has learned is that life is always better when you are active – and this is what she wants to nurture in you. No matter your fitness level, age, past exercise experiences, or however busy your life is, Lucy is confident that you will be happier and healthier from making a commitment to fitness.
