Boxing Instructor

Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer Helen has worked with a variety of individuals from all different backgrounds, with many different goals. Helen possesses a very successful track record of evaluating a client's physical fitness, understanding their needs and then developing a practical and achievable workout routine for them to reach their targets.

Helen has a background training in Muay Thai boxing and has also regularly practised Pilates and Yoga for over 20 years, and uses her experience throughout all of her sessions. My passion is to help people understand how simple it can be to take care of our health and bodies by following a sustainable exercise regime and eating a clean healthy diet.
