Gracie specialises in Vinyasa Flow yoga. She welcomes you with enthusiasm to her classes, which have a lot of focus on breath for relaxation and consist of Asana sequences to improve core strength and flexibility.
Gracie is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga to diverse groups of people. In her eyes, practising yoga is not about getting your feet to touch your head. It is about taking the time in our busy lives to work on yourself to ultimately improve the mind, body and soul. Essential oils and elements of Thai Massage are incorporated in Gracie's classes.
