After graduating in 2013 from university with a BA in Journalism, Cecilia decided to completely change her life plan around to become a Pilates teacher. Since then Cecilia has gone on to being a full time Pilates and Barre instructor, and wouldn't trade it for the world.
In addition to teaching Pilates and Barre, she has also gone on to study Holistic Lifestyle Coaching in Miami, Personal Training in New York with Equinox, and Nutrition Coaching in London.
She believes that classes should be fun and just the right amount of challenging leaving you with some inspiration on how to improve a little bit for the next week. Each class is the perfect mixture of strength, balance and stretch to leave you feeling just right.
Having worked in the fitness industry for three years as a Pilates and Barre teacher, Cecilia decided to learn more about Personal Training to be able to deliver an experience fully tailored to you.
In April 2017 she began studying with Equinox in New York, travelling back and forth over the weekends to learn from some of the top trainers in the industry.
Having Pilates as her background and also being a certified Holistic lifestyle and Nutrition Coach means that training sessions have a safe and holistic approach of creating a strong body from the inside out, smoothing out imbalances, lowering stress levels and creating a body that is strong, flexible and fully functioning no matter your daily activity.
